Students
Honors Program students are eager for an active learning environment, curious about important questions, open to the experiences of others and willing to share their ideas with faculty and other students from a variety of backgrounds. The Honors Program student body is composed of representatives from all majors, making for a highly interdisciplinary living/learning experience.
Students in the Honors Program also enjoy spending time together outside of class. They do their homework, watch movies, and play games in the common areas of the Eighth Street Apartments. They also love any opportunities to explore Atlanta together through Honors Program service activities and trips to local museums and attractions.

I joined HP because I wanted to be in a community of motivated peers with diverse interests. As an out-of-state student I was hoping that joining HP would help me find other out-of-state students who didn't have any connections coming into Tech, and it turned out great for me.
